We provide one-on-one counseling in a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions, we tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals—helping you build resilience and emotional wellness.

We work with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and overcome challenges together. Family counseling offers a space for each member to feel heard and supported while working collaboratively toward a more connected and balanced home life.

Through our experience with school systems, we offer a range of mental health supports within educational settings. Services include mental health screenings, early intervention, crisis response, and Tier 2–3 therapeutic support for students. We partner with schools to create systems that promote student wellness and success at every level.

Maggie offers integrative healing through a blend of in-person sessions and virtual appointments. With training in therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, somatic healing, breath work, energy medicine, and holistic coaching, she creates customized self-care plans that support the whole person—body, mind, heart, and soul.​
